Jon Arambarri is a Miami native who has called South Florida home since 1998. Born in Puerto Rico to a French mother and Basque father, Jon’s multicultural background has shaped his global perspective and disciplined approach to leadership, engineering, and development.

Jon studied engineering at Florida International University and University of Central Florida, beginning his career in computer engineering and aerospace manufacturing. Over the course of more than a decade, he worked on highly technical, mission-critical programs — from building ground support units for the Lockheed Martin F-35 platform to programming advanced 7-axis CNC machines for aircraft manufacturing. This early foundation instilled a deep appreciation for precision, systems thinking, and execution at the highest level.

Transitioning into construction management, Jon joined Turner Construction Company, where he played a key role in delivering complex, large-scale developments, including the Blue Origin Orbital Launch Complex supporting the maiden launch of the New Glenn rocket in January 2025. Throughout his career, he has contributed to and overseen more than $2 billion in sophisticated projects ranging from hyperscale data centers to ultra-luxury hospitality and residential developments.

In January 2025, Jon founded Arambarri Group with a vision to build a vertically integrated real estate development platform rooted in technical excellence, disciplined execution, and long-term value creation. Since inception, the firm has assembled a development pipeline exceeding $300 million, with strategic plans to surpass $1 billion in the near term.
